In my opinion the benefits far outweigh the negetatives. Especially if one is going to live in an ageing society it becomes absolutely essential that the young population is provided with the opportunity to work with, learn from and as an outcome of the two, have a healthy respect for the older generation.
As we know no amount of education can replace the knowledge gained from actual experience, what an opportunity the youth of the country have!!
